Mr. Dalbir Saini brings a strong academic foundation and rich global teaching experience to guide students with authenticity and expertise. Coming from a modest low-middle-class background, with his father serving in the Ministry of Defence instilling values of discipline and service, Mr. Saini credits his success to the transformative power of quality education.

Motivated by his own journey, he established Saini Overseas Education to make world-class higher education accessible to students in our community — ensuring they receive the same opportunities that changed his life.
